  • Strong understanding of organic performance dynamics on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and short-form video platforms.
  • Strong creative taste and understanding of modern fashion/lifestyle storytelling.
  • Experience developing creative strategies and translating business goals into platform-native content.
  • Comfortable working with dashboards, performance metrics, and attribution data.
  • Active, daily use of AI tools for research, ideation, competitor analysis, and optimization.
  • Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute the organic social strategy across all major platforms.
  • Identify trends, hooks, and storytelling styles relevant to apparel, shapewear, and lifestyle categories.
  • Develop creative concepts and content series to drive engagement, shares, and watch time.
  • Translate performance insights into actionable creative directions and content testing.
  • Lead the aesthetic and creative direction of Shapermint’s social channels.
  • Create detailed creative briefs with platform-specific execution guidance.
  • Utilize AI tools daily for trend analysis, research, and creative workflows.
  • Track social KPIs and optimize for revenue contribution.
  • Manage content calendars and coordinate with cross-functional internal and external teams.
