Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of quality assurance experience, preferably in US healthcare or mental health.
- Excellent English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Experience with remote work or in a BPO environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in adapting to policy and procedural changes.
- Desktop/Laptop with Intel Core i5 or equivalent processor and at least 4GB RAM (8GB recommended).
- Stable internet connection with at least 10Mbps speed.
- Coaching experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review and audit patient records including LOCUS/CASII, Treatment Plans, and Progress Notes for compliance and accuracy.
- Identify and resolve documentation gaps by collaborating with clinical staff.
- Ensure documentation is completed daily prior to client appointments.
- Develop and improve quality assurance processes across teams.
- Facilitate coaching and training sessions for newly hired therapists regarding documentation standards.
