Requirements
- 10+ years of UX design experience.
- 3+ years designing for security, data-intensive, or technical B2B platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to turn complex workflows into streamlined experiences.
- Experience mentoring or coaching other designers, including facilitating productive critiques.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools like Copilot, Claude, or Midjourney for design workflows.
- Familiarity with UX challenges in investigation tools, dashboards, and workflow builders.
- Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Strength in systems thinking, information architecture, and component-based design.
- Strong communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the UX strategy across a platform serving 10,000+ organizations, designing workflows for diverse security and productivity personas.
- Coach and elevate fellow designers through structured critiques, pairing sessions, and shared frameworks.
- Translate complex, data-dense problem spaces into clear, actionable interfaces that aid user decision-making.
- Design end-to-end workflows by mapping jobs to be done, defining interaction models, and reducing process friction.
- Build and evolve reusable UI components and interaction patterns for the design system.
- Run usability testing, discovery interviews, and internal dogfooding to validate design decisions and shape the roadmap.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to identify UX improvements that lower cognitive load and reduce complexity.
