Requirements
- 10+ years of UX design experience
- 3+ years designing for security, data-intensive, or technical B2B platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex, data-heavy workflows
- Experience mentoring or coaching other designers
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools in daily design workflow
- Familiarity with investigation tools, dashboards, and rule/policy configuration
- Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Strength in systems thinking, information architecture, and component-based design
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own the UX strategy across a platform serving 10,000+ organizations
- Coach and elevate fellow designers through structured critiques, pairing sessions, and shared frameworks
- Translate complex, data-dense problem spaces into clear, actionable interfaces
- Design end-to-end workflows grounded in real user needs
- Build and evolve reusable UI components and interaction patterns for our design system
- Run usability testing, discovery interviews, and internal dogfooding
- Partner with product managers and engineers to identify UX improvements
