- 8+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience
- 3+ years of hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience
- Expertise in identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and provisioning
- Experience integrating applications using SCIM, REST APIs, JDBC, Azure AD, Entra ID, Active Directory, Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of identity governance, RBAC, SOD, and least privilege
- Experience designing scalable IAM architectures and leading ISC implementations
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise IAM solutions
- Manage identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and provisioning
- Integrate applications using SCIM, REST APIs, JDBC, Azure AD, Entra ID, Active Directory, Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow
- Design scalable IAM architectures and lead ISC implementations
- Perform troubleshooting and manage stakeholders
