Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong React experience (hooks, state management, component architecture).
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (CTR data, contact flows, CCP customization).
- Strong SQL and relational database fundamentals.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and streaming data (Kinesis, EventBridge).
- Familiarity with IAM, VPC, CloudFormation/SAM, and AWS security best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
- Preferred: AWS Developer Associate or Solutions Architect Associate/Professional certifications.
Responsibilities
- Build advanced UI features using React, including custom CCP extensions and embedded agent tools.
- Design and optimize SQL data models supporting reporting, analytics, and operational workflows.
- Develop integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge, and Kinesis.
- Implement data ingestion and transformation patterns for CTRs and agent events.
- Build secure, scalable APIs and microservices aligned with AWS Well-Architected principles.
- Participate in architectural design sessions for contact center modernization.
- Mentor developers and enforce engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across UI, API, AWS services, and data layer.
- Support production troubleshooting across the full AWS stack.
