Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 7 years of job-related experience (or High School Diploma/GED and 11 years of experience).
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in an enterprise environment.
- Proven experience delivering data, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into product requirements (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including model lifecycle, training vs. inference, data dependencies, and performance metrics.
- Experience prioritizing and managing backlogs using Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 10% domestic or international.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for assigned AI products and capabilities within a hub-and-spoke model.
- Translate business needs into actionable AI requirements by owning the end-to-end backlog, including epics, features, and user stories.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize business value, balancing impact, technical feasibility, risk, and compliance.
- Define and track measurable business and model outcomes like value realization, adoption, accuracy, and latency.
- Embed Responsible AI and compliance by design into acceptance criteria and release gating.
- Serve as the primary business-facing owner, managing stakeholder expectations and driving post-release improvements.
