Requirements
- Associate’s degree from a college or university, with accounting graduates strongly preferred.
- 2–4 years of related experience and/or training if lacking an accounting degree.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including queries, filters, reporting, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and operational procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work professionally with internal and external business contacts.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Must pass basic credit and background check.
Responsibilities
- Analyze accounts and data for accuracy.
- Report on project status and issue resolution to team managers, project managers, and clients.
- Communicate with internal and external individuals via phone and email.
