Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Strong expertise in advanced financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis, including M&A transactions.
- Proven experience owning or significantly contributing to multi-year long-range planning and enterprise financial models.
- Experience in SaaS or technology environments strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional leaders and drive alignment on strategic financial decisions.
- High attention to detail with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Experience leveraging modern productivity and AI tools to enhance financial analysis and decision-making is a plus.
- Strong business judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide financial consolidation across budgets, forecasts, and actuals, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all business units.
- Maintain and enhance the enterprise financial model, supporting consolidated reporting, capital planning, and executive decision-making.
- Own the long-range planning (LRP) process, continuously refining multi-year financial models and strategic assumptions.
- Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess growth strategies, margin expansion, capital allocation, and financial risk trade-offs.
- Translate strategic initiatives into financial models, ensuring clear linkage between business priorities and financial outcomes.
- Lead financial modeling and valuation work for M&A opportunities, including pro forma impact analysis and scenario planning.
- Support due diligence and integration planning for acquisitions, ensuring seamless incorporation into enterprise forecasts and LRP.
- Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting, and BI teams to ensure alignment across revenue, expense, and cash flow assumptions.
- Provide actionable insights to executive leadership through clear, structured financial analysis and storytelling.
