Requirements
- Solid QA experience testing web-based applications (front-end and back-end)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Availability to work East Coast time zone hours
- Prior experience working on U.S. government or federal contracts (preferred)
- Experience testing applications built on Angular, PHP, and/or Java (preferred)
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development/testing tools, particularly Claude (preferred)
- Experience working within larger team structures (20+ team members) (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for full stack web applications
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
- Collaborate closely with developers and DevOps engineers to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle
- Perform manual and/or automated testing as appropriate to the project
- Participate in agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and reviews
- Communicate effectively with team members across East Coast working hours
