Requirements
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience supporting and developing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong technical expertise with X++, extensions, forms, classes, tables, workflows, and D365 security frameworks.
- Experience supporting functional areas including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, or Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in developing integrations using Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, REST APIs, and Data Entities.
- Knowledge of Data Management Framework (DMF), Electronic Reporting (ER), and batch processing.
- Experience with Power BI reporting and analytics.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, source control, release management, and CI/CD practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain customizations, extensions, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Build scalable integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, REST APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Serve as a technical expert providing advanced application support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders in Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to translate requirements into effective solutions.
- Support platform upgrades, testing, and deployment using Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services.
- Develop reports and analytics solutions using Power BI and Data Management Framework (DMF).
