- Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment metrics and data-driven strategy.
- Ability to communicate effectively, listen critically, and ask insightful questions.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior positions requiring extensive sourcing.
- Promote company brand and culture to attract top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to define job requirements and qualifications.
- Coordinate kick-off calls with key stakeholders.
- Attend tactical meetings with department leadership to provide position updates.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to track process effectiveness.
- Participate in daily and weekly team meetings to share updates, blockers, and insights.
