Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on building and scaling platforms.
- Proven experience designing, building, and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven systems in production.
- Strong background in platform engineering, including building reusable services, APIs, and infrastructure.
- Full-stack proficiency across the entire software development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience creating and managing intelligent agents or similar automated systems.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong knowledge of modern DevOps practices including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience with observability tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence technical and business strategy.
- Fluent in English (speak and write).
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive the strategy, planning, and roadmap for the AI platform.
- Architect and build a robust, scalable AI platform including intelligent agents for automation.
- Take full end-to-end ownership of AI initiatives from ideation to production deployment and monitoring.
- Serve as a technical leader and mentor to other engineers, evangelizing AI best practices.
- Ensure operational excellence through robust CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and incident response protocols.
- Collaborate with customer support and product teams to address feedback and improve AI-driven solutions.
