Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of experience in survey development and analysis
  • Experience with Qualtrics CX Platform including survey programming/deployment and dashboard mapping/design
  • Customer Experience mindset
  • Robust analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage many competing demands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail with ability to self-check work
  • Strong skills in Excel, including sorting, filtering, and intermediate formula creation
  • Ability and willingness to learn new systems quickly

Responsibilities

  • Support research development and the end-to-end survey process.
  • Work with stakeholders and end users through project design, deployment, and reporting stages.
  • Act as a research/analysis subject matter expert for Customer Insights.
  • Monitor, measure, and provide feedback on survey and report performance.
  • Perform intermediate data transformations in Excel.
  • Monitor survey health and report issues to leadership.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of company operations.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments.
  • Evaluate projects and methodology to recommend opportunities for optimization.
