Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field, specifically in SLED government proposal management or procurement.
Strong project management experience within cross-functional or matrixed teams.
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerBI).
Experience with Loopio proposal generation software.
Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace for Business.
Exceptional editing and proofreading skills for clarity and solicitation compliance.
Ability to create templates, checklists, and process-streamlining tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
Willingness to work after hours or on weekends as needed to meet proposal deadlines.
Knowledge of TPA Flexible Spending Account (FSA) industry is preferred.

Organize proposal templates and ensure standardization for RFP solicitations.
Write compelling proposal response content to differentiate from competitors.
Oversee the central content library for accuracy and currency of materials.
Coordinate schedules and set deadlines for all phases of the proposal process.
Execute program management of working sessions with government proposal and sales teams.
Monitor and adjust proposal schedules while maintaining stakeholder communication.
Support formal and informal reviews to ensure adherence to company and government standards.
Manage post-submission activities including clarifications, deficiency reports, and revisions.
