Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field, specifically in SLED government proposal management or procurement.
- Strong project management experience within cross-functional or matrixed teams.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerBI).
- Experience with Loopio proposal generation software.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace for Business.
- Exceptional editing and proofreading skills for clarity and solicitation compliance.
- Ability to create templates, checklists, and process-streamlining tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- Willingness to work after hours or on weekends as needed to meet proposal deadlines.
- Knowledge of TPA Flexible Spending Account (FSA) industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Organize proposal templates and ensure standardization for RFP solicitations.
- Write compelling proposal response content to differentiate from competitors.
- Oversee the central content library for accuracy and currency of materials.
- Coordinate schedules and set deadlines for all phases of the proposal process.
- Execute program management of working sessions with government proposal and sales teams.
- Monitor and adjust proposal schedules while maintaining stakeholder communication.
- Support formal and informal reviews to ensure adherence to company and government standards.
- Manage post-submission activities including clarifications, deficiency reports, and revisions.
