Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance license.
- Demonstrated experience in customer-focused service environments.
- Proficiency in navigating PC Windows environments and managing multiple applications simultaneously.
- Ability to manage and navigate multiple sources of information.
- Experience performing monetary transactions and data entry.
- Ability to cross-sell products.
- Willingness to work extended or irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Availability for full-time training schedule (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET).
- Ability to successfully complete all required training.
Responsibilities
- Explain product features and service advantages to promote and sell insurance products to achieve sales goals.
- Provide accurate price quotes factoring in underwriting rules and discounts.
- Rewrite and reinstate insurance policies as needed.
- Process applications, endorsements, and customer account changes.
- Accept and process payments at the point of sale.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to address customer questions or complaints.
- Respond to inquiries regarding ratings, premiums, billing, and cancellations.
- Assist agents in resolving technical and business-related issues.
