Requirements
- Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) roles.
- Experience with three-statement financial modeling (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Proficiency in maintaining and developing financial reporting models.
- Experience with financial planning software or platforms; Pigment experience is highly preferred.
- Strong skills in data reconciliation, tie-outs, and structured quality assurance.
- Ability to analyze budget and forecast variances and draft actionable narratives for leadership.
- Competency in building dashboards and improving financial reporting templates.
- Proactive approach to process improvement, documentation, and reducing manual cycle times.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with Accounting and other business stakeholders.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for data validation or analysis is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own recurring components of the monthly actuals process across the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
- Maintain core FP&A models and reporting outputs, including tie-outs, reconciliations, and structured QA checks.
- Investigate variances versus budget, forecast, and prior periods, summarizing key drivers for leadership.
- Support budget and forecast cycles through data preparation, consolidation, validation, and reporting.
- Act as a Pigment power user, maintaining model structures and automating recurring reporting workflows.
- Partner with stakeholders to define clean inputs and improve data integrity.
- Prepare recurring executive materials, including Monthly Flash and Board reporting support.
- Build and improve dashboards and reporting templates to increase visibility into performance.
- Document core FP&A processes and controls to reduce manual work and data quality issues.
