Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree or comparable through experience.
- 5-10 years of professional Java development experience.
- Expert knowledge of Liferay Web Content Management System (CMS).
- Proven experience with CMS migrations.
- Extensive experience with Liferay themes, fragments, out-of-box features, widgets, and custom module development.
- Proficiency with RESTful APIs, Angular, JSON, and XML.
- Fluent in English.
- Availability to work a European schedule.
Responsibilities
- Create a utility to import content from OpenCms to Liferay DXP, including static content, metadata, taxonomy, and tags.
- Develop multilingual websites, integrate LDAP, and manage users, groups, roles, and permissions.
- Design and implement themes, layouts, page templates, and fragments based on Web Style Guides.
- Build custom workflows and user dashboards.
- Develop Liferay custom modules (portlets, hooks) based on requirements.
- Integrate Google search and provide daily updates to the team.
