Requirements
- Owned post-training for a frontier generative model through release.
- Deep experience across the post-training stack including reward modeling, preference learning, and RLHF/RLAIF.
- Comfortable working across text-to-image, image editing, and video modalities.
- Strong PyTorch fluency.
- Experience with distillation or building high-throughput evaluation pipelines.
- Demonstrated history of shipping measurable model-quality improvements.
Responsibilities
- Own the full post-training pipeline end to end from data curation to deployment.
- Advance techniques such as SFT, RLHF, RLAIF, DPO, and preference learning to align models with human intent.
- Work across modalities including text-to-image, image editing, multi-reference, and video.
- Build personalization and customization capabilities for users.
- Design and maintain high-throughput fine-tuning and evaluation infrastructure.
- Identify and close model quality and alignment gaps through targeted research.
