Requirements
- Strong understanding of GSM, UMTS, and LTE network architecture.
- Hands-on experience with policy control, charging, and packet core elements.
- Solid knowledge of Diameter and GTP signaling protocols.
- Solid IP networking knowledge.
- Pre-Intermediate or higher level of English.
- Experience with LTE and 5G Core technologies.
- Experience with PCRF, PCEF, TDF, DRA, and OCS.
- Experience with Linux-based environments.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Knowledge of 5G Core architecture (preferred).
- Experience working with large volumes of data (preferred).
- Experience working with Linux-based operating systems (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own the development strategy and lifecycle management of the PCRF platform including capacity planning, forecasting, budgeting, and technology evolution.
- Lead the introduction of new services and platform capabilities from requirements gathering through deployment and operational handover.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive vendor engagement including technical evaluations, contract scope definition, and delivery governance.
- Participate in tender processes by defining technical requirements, evaluating proposals, and selecting optimal solutions.
- Coordinate end-to-end implementation activities including hardware/software delivery, deployment planning, and cross-functional execution.
- Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities, architecture, and service opportunities.
- Support critical maintenance activities and complex changes in production environments.
