Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or similar roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
- Solid experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, optimization, and administration.
- Proven experience designing and developing ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and SQL.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
- Practical experience with Apache Airflow administration and orchestration of data workflows.
- Experience supporting or deploying Machine Learning solutions into production environments.
- Good understanding of CI/CD practices and experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Experience managing Linux and Windows-based environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Data Warehouse solutions for storing business and operational data using Azure, Snowflake, Terraform, and SnowSQL.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure, Snowflake, Python, and SQL.
- Design and manage hybrid cloud environments supporting Data Science and Analytics teams.
- Configure, administer, and maintain Apache Airflow environments using Python and Docker.
- Deploy and support Machine Learning models in production environments.
- Administer Azure DevOps and GitHub repositories, CI/CD processes, and development workflows.
- Monitor, optimize, and improve the performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency of data platforms and cloud infrastructure.
