Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master (4+ years).
- Experience in scaled Agile / SAFe or RTE exposure.
- Experience with complex products/architecture.
- Strong practical knowledge of Kanban.
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Fluent English (B1 minimum).
- Experience in insurance domain (Nice to have).
- Experience with distributed/offshore teams (Nice to have).
- Scrum certification (PSM / CSM) (Nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum/Kanban events and ensure effective delivery.
- Support work in scaled Agile environments (ART / SAFe).
- Identify and remove obstacles impacting the team.
- Enable collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- Support Product Owner in backlog management.
- Work with complex product and architecture.
- Apply and improve Kanban practices and flow.
- Drive continuous improvement using data and metrics.
