Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in automation within Business Analysis or Consulting roles.
- Specific exposure to UiPath and/or Blue Prism.
- Solid experience in UML/BPMN and documentation (PDD/SDD/TDD).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging technical constraints and business expectations.
- Ability to analyze TDDs and elicit gaps for development teams.
- UiPath Certified Professional Business Analyst (UiBPA) certification is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and APIs (REST/SOAP) is preferred.
- Exposure to AI, IDP, and Process Mining (e.g., Celonis) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the transition of complex enterprise workflows from Blue Prism to UiPath.
- Optimize automations during migration to ensure they are future-ready.
- Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical pods for requirement clarity and process validation.
- Create Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
- Plan, estimate, and execute Business Analysis activities.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit requirements and identify logic optimization opportunities.
- Manage the automation lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
