Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve website, application, and system-related issues.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets in accordance with service levels.
- Upload, manage, and maintain client data while ensuring integrity and security.
- Update website layouts, maintain content, and implement branding requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of websites and platform functionality before deployment.
- Develop and maintain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript components.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients.
