Job Details

8+ years of full-stack engineering experience in product-led environments.
Experience operating at a senior or principal level.
Expert-level knowledge of modern frontend technologies, particularly React and TypeScript.
Strong backend expertise with technologies such as Kotlin, Java, or Node.js.
Proven track record leading large-scale architectural, platform, or modernization initiatives.
Deep understanding of distributed systems, software architecture, testing strategies, CI/CD, and observability.
Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing technical direction across multiple teams.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar technologies.
Experience establishing engineering standards and best practices across an organization.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor and guide engineers.

Design and evolve scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems across frontend, backend, and data layers.
Lead architectural decisions, define engineering standards, and drive Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
Own and deliver complex technical initiatives end-to-end, translating business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
Mentor engineers and elevate technical excellence through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and best-practice development.
Champion AI-assisted engineering workflows and help teams leverage AI-first development practices.
Drive improvements in testing, CI/CD, observability, system reliability, and operational excellence.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering leadership to influence strategy and deliver customer value.
