Requirements
- Completed master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
- Active clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP) in the state of Michigan.
- Experience working with the geriatric population.
- Comfort with technology.
- Prior experience providing teletherapy is a plus.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 15 sessions per week.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
- Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Work independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.
- Manage electronic documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR system.
- Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure best practices.
