Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design, UX, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years leading design teams.
- Proven experience leading design across large, complex B2B SaaS or platform ecosystems.
- Superb visual craft skills and world-class interaction and product design instincts.
- Demonstrated experience building, evolving, or accelerating adoption of a design system.
- Ability to lead senior individual contributors and design managers.
- Strong portfolio showing product strategy, systems thinking, and measurable impact.
- Deep experience with complex workflows and information architecture.
- Fluency in business metrics such as activation, adoption, conversion, retention, and LTV.
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data leadership.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a compelling design vision for a large, integrated product portfolio.
- Drive the evolution and adoption of the bespoke design system across multiple product teams.
- Raise the bar for visual craft, interaction design, information architecture, and end-to-end usability.
- Lead design strategy across multiple product lines, balancing customer needs, business outcomes, and technical constraints.
- Build, coach, and retain a high-performing design team, including hiring and performance management.
- Shape how AI and automation are integrated into the product experience.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data leadership to align on roadmaps, tradeoffs, and success metrics.
- Represent the customer experience in executive-level product and business discussions.
