Requirements

  • University degree in Law from a recognized and reputable university.
  • Qualified lawyer in the UK or Greece.
  • 4-6 years of professional legal experience, preferably with exposure to commercial, corporate, or employment matters.
  • Experience in a structured law firm environment as a corporate lawyer and/or in an in-house legal function.
  • Proficiency in English and legal terminology.
  • Experienced in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Practical, business-oriented mindset and ability to assess legal risk effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy, with good command of MS Office, productivity tools, and automation-enabled ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to day legal support to management and business teams on corporate, commercial, employment, data protection, procurement, and operational matters.
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, including customer agreements, NDAs, supplier agreements, services agreements, and employment agreements.
  • Develop and maintain EXUS contract templates, legal workflows, approval processes, and filing standards.
  • Support contract negotiations on key legal terms, including liability, indemnity, confidentiality, intellectual property, data protection, governing law, termination, and dispute resolution.
  • Support corporate governance activities across EXUS Group entities.
  • Support the implementation of GDPR and data protection requirements across EXUS Group entities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors on contractual, employment, corporate, customer, supplier, and jurisdiction-specific matters.
  • Review internal policies and procedures and provide legal guidance on compliance and operational requirements.
