Strong background in a Solutions Engineer, MSP environment, or technical consulting role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and business operations.
Experience working with compliance and regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA and SOC.
Ability to translate technical concepts into executive-level business insights.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously.
Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and technology roadmap development.

Develop and maintain long-term IT roadmaps aligned with client business objectives and budgets.
Conduct business discovery, workflow analysis, and identify technology-driven improvements.
Lead recurring technology business reviews and strategic planning sessions with executive stakeholders.
Advise on cybersecurity strategies including backup, MFA, endpoint protection, and disaster recovery.
Support compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, and PCI requirements.
Collaborate on business continuity planning and risk mitigation strategies.
Manage renewals, licensing, and subscription continuity with a focus on cost optimization.
Act as a senior escalation point for client concerns and service alignment issues.
