Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, insurtech, SaaS, or other data-intensive and regulated industries.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to understand complex architectures, workflows, and data-driven decision systems.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts such as APIs, predictive modeling, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience collaborating closely with data science and analytics teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical and business concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience working in agile environments with iterative product development cycles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
  • Strong user-centric mindset with a track record of improving product usability and performance.
  • Highly collaborative approach with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the pricing product roadmap, defining long-term vision and strategy for scalable pricing infrastructure and decisioning systems.
  • Lead cross-functional engineering teams through the full product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements definition to delivery and iteration.
  • Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) that align business goals, technical architecture, and execution plans.
  • Build, prioritize, and maintain a data-driven product backlog using structured product frameworks and customer or stakeholder insights.
  • Own and enhance internal pricing platforms, including tools that support rating plan configuration and pricing execution workflows.
  • Accelerate the transition from data models and analytical insights into production-ready pricing capabilities.
  • Improve system performance across pricing workflows, including speed, reliability, observability, and usability.
  • Develop self-service tooling to enable experimentation, faster iteration, and streamlined feature deployment.
  • Reduce operational friction by identifying and resolving regulatory, compliance, and workflow bottlenecks in pricing processes.
  • Partner with engineering, actuarial, data science, analytics, legal, and state operations teams to ensure alignment and execution across complex systems.
