Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, UX/UI, Web Design, Marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years of professional experience in digital design, UX/UI, or marketing design roles
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Solid understanding of WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, responsive web design, and digital best practices
- Experience working in Figma and collaborative design workflows
- Strong UX/UI knowledge including accessibility standards, usability principles, and digital user behavior
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear visual storytelling
- Experience with motion design, video editing, or content capture (preferred)
- Familiarity with JavaScript, PHP, jQuery, or MySQL (preferred)
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Constant Contact) and SEO/digital analytics (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of websites and digital experiences using WordPress and front-end technologies
- Create responsive digital assets including landing pages, email templates, digital ads, banners, and marketing collateral
- Design UX/UI solutions including wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interface components to improve usability and engagement
- Develop motion graphics, animations, and video content to support campaigns, internal communications, training, and events
- Support digital product design for mobile applications and other customer-facing platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, IT, sales, and external partners to execute digital initiatives
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and ensure quality, accuracy, and design system alignment
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using tools such as Asana and collaborate in Figma and other design systems
