Requirements
- Experience in workers’ compensation insurance operations within a U.S.-based PEO environment.
- Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks across multiple states.
- Experience supporting carrier management, insurance renewals, claims administration, and premium management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience utilizing AI-powered tools or technology solutions to improve workflows or claims processes.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing business and regulatory developments.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with workers’ compensation insurance carriers, state agencies, and key external stakeholders.
- Support insurance program renewals, ensuring timely submissions and accurate documentation.
- Monitor premium trends and contribute to strategies that balance profitability and client satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between clients and insurers to resolve complex matters and support claims management.
- Maintain accurate records of policies, certificates, claims documentation, and regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
- Monitor federal and state regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to streamline administrative processes.
