  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing business and regulatory developments.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with workers’ compensation insurance carriers, state agencies, and key external stakeholders.
  • Support insurance program renewals, ensuring timely submissions and accurate documentation.
  • Monitor premium trends and contribute to strategies that balance profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and insurers to resolve complex matters and support claims management.
  • Maintain accurate records of policies, certificates, claims documentation, and regulatory reporting.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor federal and state regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to streamline administrative processes.
