Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a web-based, product-centric SaaS company.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience working within an AI-first design environment.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for front-end prototyping.
- Mastery in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Ability to think in non-linear terms to capture complex interactions and edge-cases.
- Demonstrated success managing contractor teams and mentoring junior designers.
- Strong capability to understand complex data structures and diverse hierarchies.
- Experience with user research, data collection, and user testing in an agile environment.
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) or cybersecurity is an advantage.
- A customer-centric portfolio showcasing the full design process.
Responsibilities
- Champion an AI-first design culture by implementing and maintaining generative AI tools.
- Architect and evolve the pattern library to enable non-designers to generate high-fidelity assets.
- Develop functional prototypes using AI coding assistants and front-end (HTML/CSS) proficiency.
- Drive organizational change and maintain ownership of broad business theme design visions.
- Mentor junior designers and oversee contractor teams across technical workstreams.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to align on product vision and design direction.
- Produce user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, and perform QA on UI development.
