Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or similar roles within high-growth, operationally complex environments.
  • AI fluency: ability to build, ship, and iterate revenue workflows using tools like Claude, Clay, Glean, and Attention.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration.
  • Technical understanding of APIs and data connectivity between tools.
  • SQL fluency or ability to pull and interrogate data independently.
  • Strong track record of leading large, cross-functional projects involving engineering, systems, data, and process change.
  • Ability to build workflows based on shadowing reps and prioritizing high-leverage problems.
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify complexity and create alignment.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership of scaling new capabilities.
  • Bonus: Comfortable using Python for cases where no-code solutions are insufficient.

Responsibilities

  • Build, ship, and iterate AI-powered workflows that take real work off reps' plates, using prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and orchestration to cut manual effort.
  • Own and evolve core revenue workflows across the provider and health systems GTM teams, making rep motions scalable and AI-first.
  • Lead major Rev Ops initiatives end to end, from problem definition and data analysis through implementation and rollout.
  • Evaluate and deploy AI-native tools like Attention, Clay, Glean, and Claude.
  • Design workflows from the front line by shadowing reps, then partner cross-functionally for business and frontline rep priorities.
  • Lead with data, using quantitative analysis to evaluate process performance, surface bottlenecks, and recommend ROI-driven improvements.
