Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of Human Resources and/or Employee Relations experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience conducting workplace or employee relations investigations.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting employees within a multinational organization.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations matters and high-volume case workloads.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations practices, workplace investigations, policy interpretation, and disciplinary processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and manage sensitive situations professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend appropriate actions in alignment with company policies, procedures, and employment practices.
  • Manage a high volume of employee relations cases from intake through resolution, ensuring timely communication, documentation, and closure.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate case records, investigation findings, and supporting documentation.
  • Advise managers, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coach and counsel employees and leaders on complex workplace issues while balancing employee advocacy and business needs.
  • Collaborate with legal, HR, and cross-functional teams to assess risk, resolve workplace concerns, and ensure consistent application of policies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, training sessions, and educational materials related to employee relations programs and best practices.
  • Support the development, enhancement, and implementation of employee relations programs, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
