Requirements
- Track record of building developer tools (our stack is primarily Go).
- Deep experience in leading complex platform or infrastructure projects.
- Solid understanding of GenAI/LLM integration, RAG, MCP and the infrastructure required to support AI coding agents at scale.
- A product mindset, treating internal platforms as products and engineers as your customers.
- Excellent English and Portuguese communication skills, capable of presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Build a platform that gives AI systems structured access to our codebases, services, architecture, and operational data.
- Design the infrastructure for AI agents that can investigate failures, propose fixes, generate tests, and automate maintenance.
- Shape how AI integrates into developer workflows: code review, debugging, documentation, and internal assistants.
- Define standards and best practices for AI-assisted engineering across the organization.
- Evaluate and integrate AI models and tools, balancing cost, latency, and quality.
