Requirements
- 8 years of professional work experience.
- Proven experience in program management support for large-scale federal IT or ERP implementations.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with senior level management and clients.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- VA or Federal financial management experience preferred.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist (SA) certification preferred.
- Experience working with CGI’s Momentum Financials preferred.
- Experience working in an Agile environment (SAFe preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead the continuous update of the Program Management Plan (PMP) and supporting standards.
- Align SAFe ceremonies, release cadences, and tools (Agility or JIRA) to ensure consistent delivery.
- Review meeting materials and lead regular program management meetings (risk, CCB, defect reviews).
- Translate complex data into decision-ready Power BI dashboards.
- Automate communications using Agility or JIRA as the data source.
- Update and maintain a future-state Knowledge Management (KM) ecosystem.
- Develop change management plans, job aids, and FAQs.
- Identify and log program risks and perform Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs).
- Implement Defect Management Strategy and coordinate with vendors on hotfixes and releases.
