Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design craft and systems-level reasoning.
- Hands-on AI design experience.
- Data visualization expertise.
- Accessibility expertise including WCAG 2.2 AA.
- Strong mentoring and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts across new and existing product areas.
- Define AI-native features and design systems for human-agent collaboration.
- Define components, tokens, and interaction patterns for the design system.
- Mentor designers and maintain high standards of craft.
- Ensure WCAG 2.2 AA compliance.
- Run user interviews and usability tests.
- Present design strategy and rationale to senior leadership.
