Requirements
- Experience working as a Business Analyst on ecommerce / experience projects.
- Experience of managing client stakeholders and Product Owners / Managers.
- Able to run workshops with client stakeholders.
- Customer-first mindset.
- Experience of Agile software delivery.
- Business Process mapping and engineering.
- eCommerce and retail / brand experience.
- Production of high quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Analysis and design of systems (package integration and bespoke development).
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Plan, run and facilitate workshops with clients.
- Review and assess source documentation from the customer.
- Identify and recommend options for potential solutions and assess suitability.
- Create logical and innovative solutions to problems.
- Present proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with developers, testers and end users.
- Provide training to users of new systems.
