Requirements
- Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) in a relevant scientific discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience as an MSL or in a similar medical affairs/scientific role.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial design.
- Experience with regulatory guidelines.
- Proficiency in scientific literature evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex scientific data into insights.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust with external stakeholders.
- Proficient in using CRM tools.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to travel up to 50–70% domestically.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, investigators, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Deliver accurate, evidence-based scientific and clinical information on products and pipeline.
- Support clinical trial activities through site identification and feasibility assessments.
- Provide medical insights to cross-functional teams to inform strategy and planning.
- Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries in compliance with regulations.
- Deliver medical education presentations to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate on scientific communications, publications, and advisory board content.
- Monitor and report competitive intelligence and therapeutic landscape changes.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and SOPs.
