Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance coordination or a similar role in property management or real estate.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to make quick, informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing communication across multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with property management software or maintenance ticketing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Triage incoming maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and assign appropriate vendors.
  • Answer and manage the maintenance line, triaging calls and inquiries from owners, residents, and vendors.
  • Create, update, and follow up on work orders to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
  • Communicate with vendors for scheduling, updates, and problem-solving.
  • Ensure all work orders are completed and documented.
  • Assist PMs and APMs by investigating assigned maintenance issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, work orders, and maintenance activity.
  • Work closely with all Pods to ensure maintenance issues are addressed promptly.
