Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS or regulated software development environments
- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and SQL
- Hands-on experience with Angular, Spring Boot, Postgres, Docker, Git, Kubernetes, and Kafka
- Experience with CI/CD tools, Agile workflows, and ALM systems such as Jira and Git/GitLab
- Understanding of domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, and reactive programming
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack SaaS applications using modern engineering practices
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines while driving automation, continuous integration, and delivery improvements
- Participate in architecture discussions including domain-driven and event-driven design approaches
- Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain high engineering standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate releases and ensure minimal impact on business processes
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote technical growth across the team
- Support documentation and compliance requirements in a regulated development environment
