- At least 3 years of experience working on complex full-stack web applications.
- Experience building products from scratch (web, mobile, or backend).
- Experience making tradeoffs between shipping fast and building platforms.
- Experience working with AI, machine learning, or LLMs.
- Experience with e-commerce, subscription management, or payment technologies.
- Experience deploying to a cloud platform.
- Comfortable using terminal.
- Demonstrated accountability and self-motivation.
- Experience launching a startup (desirable).
- Deep care for user experience and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Work across the full stack to build modern, fast-moving products.
- Collaborate with co-founders and design team on AI/ML-driven automated insights.
- Increase product velocity and ship new features quickly.
- Improve underlying platform and infrastructure.
- Build back-end infrastructure and fine-tune user experience.
- Shape roadmap, engineering culture, and tech foundations.
- Experiment with retention offers and strategy automation.
