Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience building AI agent systems in production.
- Deep working knowledge of agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, Claude Managed Agents).
- Experience with agent design patterns including prompt engineering, RAG, tool/function calling, and memory management.
- Experience with agent interoperability standards like MCP or A2A.
- Ability to lead client-facing technical conversations and present to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and build production AI agent systems for clients across industries.
- Lead technical discovery workshops to identify high-value automation opportunities.
- Select and integrate agent frameworks, platforms, and models.
- Design human-in-the-loop workflows, approval gates, and escalation paths.
- Translate complex AI capabilities for non-technical stakeholders.
- Own internal agent automation roadmap and identify processes for improvement.
- Develop reusable agent architectures, prompt libraries, and patterns.
- Contribute to the AI practice's positioning and thought leadership.
- Mentor engineers on AI patterns, tools, and best practices.
