Requirements
- 3+ years of professional Python experience with production services.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs in production (RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling).
- Working knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, or comparable frameworks.
- Experience with LLM observability tools like LangSmith, Langfuse, or OpenTelemetry.
- Experience designing evaluation frameworks like MLflow or DeepEval.
- Fluency with Git, Docker, and modern API frameworks.
- Strong written communication and judgment skills.
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock or AgentCore (preferred).
- Experience with Snowflake, Snowpark, or Snowflake Cortex (preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of semantic models (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Build agent harnesses in Python using LangChain and LangGraph including tool-calling and streaming.
- Package agent harnesses for the AgentCore Runtime.
- Write tools and skills for agents including API integrations and SQL queries against Snowflake.
- Build evaluation harnesses like golden datasets and LLM-as-judge, wired into CI.
- Implement guardrails for tool execution, auth scoping, and hallucination mitigation.
- Own full-cycle development: prototype, deploy, monitor, and fix production issues.
- Partner with data engineers on Snowflake-backed retrieval patterns.
- Contribute to refining internal engineering patterns.
