Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO with strong hands-on expertise in configuration and business process design.
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation or system conversion projects.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes including month-end and year-end closing and enterprise accounting.
- Experience working with SAP integrations across modules such as FI-MM, FI-SD, and FI-PP.
- Solid understanding of cutover planning, execution, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to ABAP teams, SAP reporting tools, and enterprise transformation methodologies is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Partner with finance and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements, translating them into scalable SAP S/4HANA FI/CO solution designs.
- Configure, optimize, and support SAP Finance and Controlling modules to ensure accurate financial and management reporting.
- Lead and contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and conversion projects, including solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Manage and support financial close processes including month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable seamless integrations across SAP modules such as FI-MM, FI-SD, and FI-PP.
- Develop documentation, dashboards, and reports while providing training to finance users.
- Troubleshoot system issues and work with ABAP, security, and infrastructure teams.
