Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software development, financial systems, or enterprise application architecture.
- At least 3 years of hands-on leadership in Anaplan implementation or similar enterprise planning platforms.
- Strong expertise in multi-dimensional modeling and enterprise planning solutions.
- Proven experience leading Agile teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders in complex delivery environments.
- Deep understanding of finance domain processes including FP&A, financial close, consolidation, revenue planning, and profitability modeling.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in designing scalable enterprise applications and ensuring alignment with business and technical strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade finance applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Manage and guide a team of application builders, ensuring timely delivery of releases and high-quality output across planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions.
- Translate complex finance and business requirements into structured, scalable application architectures in collaboration with product and solution architecture teams.
- Enforce UX consistency, engineering best practices, and maintainability standards across all application components.
- Act as a technical SME for finance applications, supporting customer escalations, pre-sales demos, and solution validation activities.
- Drive continuous improvement by incorporating new platform capabilities such as AI-driven features, workflow automation, and advanced modeling tools.
- Collaborate across go-to-market and professional services teams to develop documentation, best practices, and enablement materials.
