Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business applications, enterprise systems, or related technology domains.
- Proven experience managing Agile teams with sprint-based delivery models and release management practices.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, BI tools, and integration ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, application governance, and operational support processes.
- Demonstrated people management experience, including coaching and performance management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with metrics-driven delivery environments and operational KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of application administrators and developers.
- Oversee Agile delivery cycles, ensuring effective sprint planning and execution.
- Manage enterprise applications including CRM, ERP, BI tools, and system integrations.
- Define and track delivery and operational KPIs such as velocity, sprint predictability, and defect rates.
- Act as an escalation point for complex application and delivery issues.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, and cross-functional teams to ensure governance alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and automation.
