Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, engineering, or related technical roles.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing multiple software development teams and leading technical professionals.
  • Strong understanding of modern application development, APIs, software architecture, and engineering best practices.
  • Experience working with healthcare technology platforms, healthcare systems, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycle processes, and delivery management frameworks.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused discussions for executive stakeholders.
  • Experience operating in regulated environments with a focus on compliance and data integrity.
  • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple software development teams, ensuring successful delivery of scalable, reliable, and high-performing software solutions.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management to developers, team leads, and engineering professionals.
  • Drive Agile development practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, retrospectives, and continuous process improvement.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality releases aligned with product roadmaps and business objectives.
  • Guide teams on application architecture, system design, integration patterns, and modern software development best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, senior engineers, product leaders, and operational teams to maintain technical consistency.
  • Support the alignment of software solutions with healthcare industry requirements, regulatory standards, and revenue cycle management workflows.
  • Communicate project status, risks, priorities, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Oversee resource planning, team capacity management, and staffing alignment.
  • Promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across teams.
