Job Details

Strong experience in cloud engineering, distributed systems, or backend engineering roles with exposure to large-scale systems.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud-native applications on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong understanding of system design principles, scalability patterns, and microservices architecture.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Go, Python, or similar).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex technical challenges into scalable solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional, global teams.
Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor peers, and influence engineering decisions without formal authority.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native systems and distributed applications across modern cloud platforms.
Architect robust, high-performance solutions with a focus on reliability, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define technical direction and ensure alignment on system design and implementation.
Lead by example in solving complex engineering problems and improving existing system architecture and performance.
Contribute to code quality, engineering standards, and best practices across development teams.
Identify technical bottlenecks and proactively drive improvements in system efficiency, observability, and resilience.
Mentor and guide engineers, helping elevate overall team capability and technical maturity.
